Returns Policy

At Anna & Jane Melbourne we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it can happen that you want to return a product. In this document we clearly explain our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register an article for return after you have physically received it.
  • Return costs are fully at the expense of the customer, including international shipping costs.
  • Articles must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not permitted.
  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return them is not permitted.

Returns Process

  1. Register your return via info@anna-janemelbourne.com within 14 days of receiving the article.
  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) from us.
  3. You send the article back entirely at your own expense via Australia Post, including any customs costs or shipping costs.
  4. We always advise to use a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund

After receipt of the article at the return address and approval of the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the article has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
